Inappropriation of funds by a POA

My brother and I are financial POA for my dad's affairs. My brother really was managing the affairs I had no access to any accounts etc.

I found out that my brother spent $80,000.00 at the casino in the last 6 months what legal rights do I have and what should I do next? Help Please.

You describe a possible criminal violation, so you need to be extremely careful how you handle this, and also, since you were co-POA, you may have some liability for not keeping watch. You need to see an attorney to deal with this complex mess.
