i have inherintce of a third no promblem with the will but i have lived on the farm and devoted my life to the cause of my great grand fathers now with no respect the excuter tells me they are comeing out to asses 99 percent of my personal property in 24 hrs with no question of what i have acumelated in 48 years only baisic scare tacties and acusations and when i try to get an answer they send me between lawyer and execureter i would at least like to have a chance to keep my home kevin

It is hard to determine what your question is. I have seen many situations in both business and in particular in farming, where people were promised things in the future, but were not given such things when people died. I guess the simple thing is to be sure things get done in writing and that the writing is a contract that cannot be changed by only one party.
If you are now being challenged about this property that you already feel is yours, you will probably have to prove that you paid for it or that it was given to you. Payment can easily be proved by receipts and cancelled checks. Gifts are harder to prove, unless you have something in writing. You need to see a good lawyer who has done some farm breakups.
