Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wisconsin
A mother has the deed to her house which is paid for in her name and her 3 childrens names. One of her children passed away. If the mother passes will the house go to the 2 remaining children or would the children of the deceased child be entitled to her share of the house. If they were would we just have to change the deed to the 2 remaining children and how would we do that?
Thank You

In order to properly answer your question, an attorney would need to see the deed creating the interest in you and your siblings, or alternatively, a current title search or policy. Trying to answer this without seeing that document could result in some really wrong and bad advice.
