Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wisconsin

If a person being served has refused to open certified mail, has denied being the person to be served a legal document how can you post the house so that if no action is done by that person you can proceed according to the contents of the document being served upon that date?

Service rules vary according to the type of document being served. Probate court notices can sometimes be served via first class mail, if that is what you are attempting to serve here. If you do not know the rules, you are best off hiring a professional process server whose job it is to know them and make sure that you comply. A lawyer would also know these rules. Probate matters can be extremely complex, so your odds of getting everything right in a court probate proceeding without a lawyer are slim.
