I have just recieved my grandfathers probate records. He died in intetstate, and the land he owned was divided 1/3 to widow an 2/9 for each of his 3 children. my dad was one of those children. my grandmothers estate was never probated and my dad died when I was 7, his name is listed on my granfathers probate records does that mean I am entitled to his share?

It depends on whether your father left a Will. Consult with a local attorney.
