Trust and debt
I am about to be the trustee for my mothers living trust. If she were to pass away with school loans, credit card debt, and other debts that are more than her estate, would I be liable for any of those debts.

You would not be personally liable for her debts, UNLESS you co-signed, or guaranteed them in some way.
