my brother passed away this week leaving no will, He lived with my father for over 20 years and had nothing in his name but two cars. he and my father went 50/ 50 on all the other thingsand it was done in cash there is no money for the funeral expense and his daughter wants to sell everything of value she thinks was owned by her father does my father have any rights

If he died intestate without a spouse, everything goes to his kids.
