old will
grandfather died 12 years ago , how may i read his will now what do i need where to go

Presuming he died in Wisconsin, and presuming he had an estate to probate, you can go to the probate court in the county in which he resided when he died and request to see the file. Since it is a bit old, they may have to do some digging, and you may want to call ahead to see if they have to pull it from storage. The will should be a part of the file and it should be public.
