will' personal property

My mother passed away and listed

personal property she wished to go to

her three daughters. One daughter

disagrees with mom's bequests. Dad

is still living. I am the personal

representative - do I istribute

according to the will or does it all go

to dad?

I think you, as the PR, better hire an attorney. As a first impression, a will contest may be in the offing, which is always financially devastating and emotionally traumatic. Second, I'm not sure which state you're in because you list both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Is the will being probated? If so, which state is it in? What type of probate?
