My father died, Nobody notified me & His wife didn't tell my Mom til recently. How do I find out If and about will? When I was a child he told my mother i was in his will. My mother was not his wife.

Check with the Office of the Clerk in the county where your father died. They should be able to tell you if a Will was filed. That does not, necessarily, mean a probate has been opened, but when and if that occurs, all the accounting of assets, liabilities and your father's intentions (as expressed in his Will) become public knowledge.

Now, if he and his wife held everything in joint tenancy, as do most married couples, she would have claim to everything he left in their joint names.
