Re: what to do when your wc case decision is reversed

Your question is listed for both the state of Illinois and the state of Wisconsin. I'm in Illinois. So, I can't express any opinion on how the Wisconsin system works. If you are in Illinois, I don't believe your arbitrator reversed himself. It sounds more like the abitrator's decision was reversed on appeal. That can happen. But it doesn't sound like you really know what happened. You should talk to your attorney to find out what happened. You may not like what you hear, but at least you may understand where your facts or the law were interpretted against you. Good luck.
