Legal Question in Business Law in Wyoming
LLC setup
Hi,
I'd like to set up an LLC in Wyoming, Delaware or Nevada. I live outside the US. My business would sell software, services and consultancy over the internet (no physical presence required). My initial goals are
1) Keep costs as low as possible
2) Draft a flexible operating agreement, so that I can change the business structure without having to file ammendments.
3) Not break any regulations, of course
First of all, I am confused about residency/state licensing requirements -- do I have to establish physical presence in the incorporating state and get a business license (some Nevada incorporators claim it is) ?
I have some other questions as well. I need an attorney to help me with incorporating an LLC (including choosing the best state), drafting the operating agreement, and whatever else is necessary to get started. Please let me know if you would be interested.
