Falsly reporting
We have purchased land that my boyfriends mother and sister reside on, they are calling police and accusing us of all kinds of fictional things, the lastest is burgerly, is there something about false reports?

It is a crime to knowingly file a false police report. Speak with your local la enforcement or the DA's office.
