Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wyoming

violated rights

i was asked by a prosecuter to change events of a story..i.e. lie and help them to get a life sentence on my husband. Also they went well over his right for speedy trial...in the end he was found not guilty. i have an email asking me to lie...do we have any recourse on this?

Re: violated rights

Write a letter to the Judge who presided over your husband's sentencing detailing your allegations. Enclose a copy of the Email. Send a copy of everything to the WY Bar Association and the WY Attorney General in Cheyenne. Be sure you keep a copy of everything in your file.

Re: violated rights

You might be able to recover your costs of defending

your husband, and for any time or expenses you suffered.

Suborning perjury is not within the normal duties

of a prosecutor, so he/she should not retain his/her

immunity from suit.
