Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Wyoming

Debt Collection

I did some dirt work for a guy about three years ago, total bill for the job was $2,650.00 (26.5 hrs. @ 100 per hour), after completion of the job he said that the bill was too high. He agreed to the price of $100.00 per hour for myself and my scraper before I sarted the job. My question is , in Wyoming small claims, is there a statute of limitations on such a deal, and how much can I small claims award? This was a oral agreement but I do have wittnesses to help me if need be. Thank You,

Re: Debt Collection

I am not licensed to practice in your state, but in mine, under certain circumstances a worker such as yourself can file a mechanics lien against the land. I suggest you contact a lawyer in your state as soon as possible to see what the statutes of limitations are.
