Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
assault & battery in another state
While visiting Wyoming, one of my family members became a victim of assault and battery, by a business owner and one of the employees. Local law enforcement became involved and there were several witnesses.
What is the best course of action that the victim should take? Does she need to find a local attorney in the city that the assualt took place?
