Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
Minor in Posession
I am now 22 years old and received 2 Minor in posessions. I was wondering how long those stay on my record or if they are erased when I turn 21. I am applying for a license in another state and wonder if I have to report these MIP's.

Re: Minor in Posession
You can petition the court to have your juvenile records expunged if you have not been convicted of a felony, and have reached the age of majority. Additionally, there must be no felony charges pending against you. If that is the case, your records can be expunged.
If your records are not expunged, you must disclose.
