''possession''

1. Is possesion in Wyoming 9/10th.

2.Can I get charged with possesion when i was pulled out the car and dope was found when i was out the car and 3 other people were in the car?

3.What can I do if i already took a plea bargain to plead no contest(pretty much guilty) and want to take back my plea? Is there a such thing as a post conviction relief?

You must file a Motion to Withdraw your plea citing reasons and law for so-doing, such as duress, lack of understanding, false report, etc. If granted you will have a trial; if convicted you will be probably be sentenced more harshly than you are now.
