Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
I recently learned that there is a warrant out for my arrest for larceny. i would say that i am not guilty. i have been in another state for nearly a year since these acts took place. i had no idea that charges would be filed because of the circumstances. should i get a lawyer or phone the detective who was quoted in the paper and tell him my side of the story and tell him who would know the facts of the case?

Get a lawyer. Talking to the detective on your own is a terrible idea. You are much more likely to make things worse that way than better.
Good luck.
