search and seziure
my truck was searched without my permission and no search warrant was served. they found marijuana. is that illegal search and seziure?

You're lucky they didn't impound or seize your truck, make you drop urine, jail you for operating under the influence (just a few nanograms of THC or its alkoloid will do) and pull your commercial license.
You didn't say why they searched your truck. Did they have any reason at all
or were they just making wild guesses?
If they had a reason to impound your truck, they didn't need a warrant to search it.
