Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
Statute of limitations-rape/statutory rape
In the late 1970's I was coerced into having sex twice with one of my high school coaches. I was 16 and he was 32 or so. After many years I realized this wasn't my fault and wonder if I have any recourse at this point. He no longer resides in Wyoming.

Re: Statute of limitations-rape/statutory rape
The civil remedies have probably passed, unless the events were newly discovered supressed memories. The Statute of Limitations is 2 years from the date you turned age of majority, or 2 years after discovery for intentional injuries.
However, criminal prosectution is always an option because there are no statutes of limitation in Wyoming for criminal charges.
