Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wyoming
Substitute Sentencing
Please advise as to possibility of a person serving a sentence in prison for another in the state of Wyoming for a convicted felony charge. This would be a first offense event, with the possibility of 10 year sentence (theft). Thank You

It seems you are asking if one person may serve a prison term owed by another after going through the Criminal Justice System. If this is correct, the answer is absolutely not.

What exactly are you asking? IF you want to know if someone else can serve the sentence of another, the answer is no.
