DUI & Usage of a Controlled substance
A couple of months ago i was charged with a DUI in Colorado. And now my court dates in a week and i just got charged with usage of a controlled substance while visiting in Wyoming. I was wondering if that would have any affect in my court trial for my DUI in Colorado, or if that will even be brought up when i have my court date.

It should not have an effect, because it is a subsequent offense.
