rodeo sponsor release

I am on the committee that puts on a rodeo every 4th of July. I was wondering if someone were to sue if they got hurt would they be able to come after the committee members personally?

You would probably want to operate through an LLC to avoid that risk and have participants sign waivers of claims. We can give you a free referral to a WY attorney for this work.

Probably not, but that should be handled through the committee indemnification plan...

What? No committee indemnification plan and insurance policy?
