child support
my husbands ex wife is suing for back child support and unpaid medical bills that have been paid, and he is caught up on child support, she also wants him to pay for her leagal fees, is that leagal?

It will be up to the judge whether or not he will have to pay attorney's fees. Most likely, given your facts, the judge is not going to make him pay for her attorney's fees. Make sure your husband requests attorney's fees, too, in his response.

She probably wont get the Attorney's fees, but apparently if she is suing, she thinks that your husband hasn�t paid and the court will need to work this out.
