Name on deeds

My husband had a house in his when we married I invested my money and he put my name on the deed. Now he says I'm not entiled to 50% of the sale we remodled the house completly.

Oral denial is no denial in the eyes of law it means if your name is put in the deed than you have the right according to the contents of the deed i.e.if your share is mentioned in the deed than you will be entitled to that otherwise 50%.
