Legal Question in Family Law in Wyoming

Divorcing my husband whom is going to prison

As of July 2 my husband will be going to prison in another state. Since his arrest in November 2006 I have been a single parent to our two children. I am on a limited income, so I need to know what is the cheapest and easiest way to get a divorce in the state of Wyoming. My husband acknowledges my wishes to obtain a divorce and will not fight it. He is looking at twelve years inprisonment and I would like to get the divorce started while he is still in this state. Since the children will be raised by the time he gets out custody and child support are not an issue. What are my options?

Re: Divorcing my husband whom is going to prison

You may file divorce case against your husband on the ground "No-fault" as this ground is available where there is no ground/s but one of the spouse is willing to get divorce. It is better to you to engage some attorney or lawyer in this regards.
