Legal Question in Family Law in Wyoming

False Arrest

I was arrested on false charges that have been dropped. My daughter was taken by Family Services and I'm doing Ua's just to visit her. Is this really legal? I plead guilty to neglect by telling the judge I was at fault because I allowed the father of the child to come in where I work. He had parental rights, it was an OPEN for business work environment. The father of child admitted the misdemeanor amount of meth and pot where his from beginning. Am I getting a bad deal? Or is my daughter, they didn't let grandma have her , she went directly to foster parents/ Jan 08 she was taken. How can I stop this madness?
