Legal Question in Family Law in Wyoming

I am a single parent of two newborn twins, they are 3 months old, I am with the father, we are living in Montana, but may be moving to Wyoming, I just want to know that If me and the father split, if I can move back to montana with the twins.

If you and the children's father move to Wyoming and become residents of Wyoming, parenting issues will likely fall under Wyoming law rather than Montana law.

You should consult with an attorney licensed to practice law in Wyoming.
