Dear Inquirer:

Nothing herein shall constitute an attorney-client

deadlines and time-limits associated with your
case; you should contact an attorney of your
choice for legal advice specific to your personal
situation, at once.

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --
The facts that you have provided are not clear
enough and/or complete enough to provide a
definitive answer to you inquiry. But when the
government takes your kids away, you need the help
of a lawyer. This situation is too tricky and
too dependent on personal relationships with the
juvenile court and government lawyers, to try to do it yourself. In most
states you would be entitled to an appointed lawyer
if you cannot afford one yourself. Who's got the
kids: CA? WY? If you wait too long or don't do
the right things, parental rights could be
terminated, and the children put up for adoption,
guardianship, or long term foster care.
