Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wyoming

lease information

i live with two other guys and only one of us is on the lease. the guy who is on the lease told me that i am not pulling my weight around the house and that if i continued to do that he said that he would kick me out. is it legal to kick me out even if i am paying my fair share of the rent and utilities?

it appears from your declaration that you are sub-leasing with the guy who wanted to kick you out.Unless he has a legal ground such as non-payment of rent and other violation of the terms of the sub-lease agreement etc. he cannot eject you.Just keep the receipts proving that you've been paying the rent.
