Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wyoming

Fell down stairs on private property

A couple days ago on was picking up a costume at a

local theater. The stairs were very steep with no railing.

I lost my balance and tumbled down several stairs

Because there was no railing I totally feel off the stairs

about 5 feet to land on a concrete floor. Nothoing was

broken. I had bruised my tailbone and both hips. I

didn't go to the hospital as I just felt lucky I hadn't

broken anything. They said if I needed anything let them

know. I did miss a couple days work. Should I seek out

an attorney to cover any future expenses or treatments

associated with these injuries? Or should I just give

them a bill for my missed work and medications?

Re: Fell down stairs on private property

Initial consultations with Personal Injury lawyers are usually done at no cost. A case evaluation is given. Why not check with a PI attorney in your area for a case evaulation and then decide. Also, don't be in a hurry. The full extent of your injuries and the prognosis for your recovery usually cannot be fully understood until at least 90 days or so post-injury.
