Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wyoming
This past week I was going into a weel known fast food establishment, when I turned my ankle and fell, twisting my knee and scraping myself up. I evidently stepped on the un-even sidewalk in front of the store. THey had removed a tree and the roots underneath have heaved the sidewalk causing it to crack and have a 2 inch gap. I informed the night manager, he took my name and number. In the mornign I was unable to get up very well and my ankle and knee were severely swollen. My husband took me tot he emergency room for x-rays. Nothing broken but severe contusions. I have asked the manger to return my calls but to no avail. Would it be worth it to seek legal action to get their attention and to pay for my emergency room visit?

It may be worth your while to write a demand to the establishment. You should see counsel on how to approach this matter.
