Two years for professional negligence.

4 years after the date of occurrence for an adult; for a minor, 3 years after reaching the age of majority.

In certain cases involving personal injury as a result of construction defects, 10 years.

One exception to the general statute of limitations statuted by Mr. Lubnau and Aspinwall applies in certain cases of intentional wrongs, i.e., if your injury is the result of a battery (such as someone intentionally striking you) a shorter, one years statute of limitations may apply.
