Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wyoming

Landlord entry

Can a landlord inspect an apartment every week with or without notice, and does the landlord have to give notice to the tenant?

What can we do about the above?

Re: Landlord entry

If you have a written lease it may provide that the landlord has the right to enter your apartment at reasonable time to check that the lease is being complied with.

If you have no lease, the landlord does not have the right to enter your premises without your permission.

Your remedies are to move or sue in small claims court.
