Need Options

The tenants have not paid rent for three months. The tenants live and work in a different city. The tenants did not give the number or address to the landlord so they could reach them if needed. All the belongings are still in the residence. They did not enter into a written contract it was only verbal. The landlord would like to know their options in recieving there past rent.

If the property is in Colorado, you can file a legal action called FED, in the county where the property is located.

An FED action is handled expeditiously and you can often get an eviction order and judgment for past due rent and damages

in a matter of weeks.
