my property has a definite boundary with my neighbor. My family went away for a weekend, and when we came back there was damage to our side of the fence from fire. A tree had actually been burn in two, as well as several hundred feet of burn reside clearly over our fenceline. It was also clear that he had came over to our side and raked up dirt and other unwanted things. My question is-do i have a leg to stand on if i choose to sue for damages? thank you.
