Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wyoming

property

My mother passed away in Dec. and left no will. My sister and a roommate live in the house now. My question is who will get the house? I would like to house to stay with the family. The problem is our mother legalely adopted a little boy and the natural mother ( who is of no relation) lives in the house & thinks she is intitled to it.

An affidavit of heirship should be filed with the court showing the legal heirs to the property which would include your deceased mother's adopted son. The biological mother of this child is legally entitled to nothing in terms of this home.
