Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Wyoming
My Boss fired me
I went to work for a man that I had known 22 years prior, He owns a concrete construction Company. He put me to work doing the billing out in the field. I drove around all day with him. We started a relationship not long after that. He has decided for certain reasons that he wants to end this relationship and told me that my work is through now.He told me that my final check will be mailed out Monday morning..... Two weeks ago he got mad at me and made me take the rest of the week off from work. My son was working for him too at the time and made him take it off also.

If your question is ...Is this sexual harassment, then the answer is probably yes. You will run into some trouble with the fact that the relationship was mutual, but that does not mean that there is no case for you. There is probably more going on here that you have posted or have room to post. I would call around and get some recomendations for attorneys who have done this kind of work and sit down with one or more of them and talk about it.
