Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Wyoming

Do I have a case?
My employer has made statements,jokes and sexual inuendos as well as sending me offensive sexual e-mail. He has invited me to his home to get my paycheck and answered the door in nothing but a towel wanting to chat.He has given me a box to take home that when I looked contained pornographic books. He keeps photos of topless women in a file I need to use for my job. I have also come into the office and had pornographic web site material on my printer. He referred a company that engages in Sado-Machichist behavior to contact me by e-mail me and send me their newsletter. I have brought it to his attention that I am offended and he just laughs. Jobs here are hard to come by,but I am tired of his behavior. Do I have a case?

Yes. You have a hostile work environment case, if you have let your employer know the sexually offensive content is unwelcome.
