Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Wyoming

Am I being harrassed?

My boss seems to be a nice guy but has been doing some things that have me worried. Since the start of my job he has bought me gifts for no reason (even to the point of having items made for me). He constantly has closed door meetings with me alone (for ''prayer'' and non-work related conversation such as his vasectomy) and intrudes upon my personal life on a consistant basis (such as pressuring me to attend events outside of work with him that are not work related). While we were at a conference he was very possessive of me and followed me up to my hotel room nightly for ''protection'' that I did not ask for. Recently, it was brought to my attention that my entire organization believes he has a thing for me (he is married) and some have even stated that some believe we are sleeping together (we are NOT). I am new to being a manager and have felt until recently that he was a mentor. I am starting to see that this may not be the case. Our org is very small and he is the ''top dog''. The only step above him is a board of directors that he hand selects. He is very well respected and I do not know how to go about resolving the issue without losing my job.
