Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Wyoming
use of profanity
Is it sexual harrassment when one employee tells another employee to get f**cked? Both employees are the same sex and their was no sexual invitation implied.

The use of profanity, in an of itself, does not constitute sexual harassment. Harrassment must be based upon sex. So, ususally, without anything more, the conduct you describe does not amount to actionable sexual harassment, although it is distasteful. On the other hand, the conduct you describe may be classified as sexual harassment if it is coupled with other conduct that tends to indicate a hostile work environment or a quid pro quo invitation for sexual favors.
