Legal Question in Traffic Law in Wyoming

Deferred Judification

I recieved a speeding ticket in a different county than I am currently attending school in. It was a one time trip and I will probably never be back in that county again in my life. The ticket was for going 91 in a 75. I was on my sportbike right in front of a VW Jetta and a Semi-truck. The officer said he got me on Radar. I talked to a fellow student that is an officer from Texas. He told me to plead Deferred Judification since I will never be back there again except for the court date. I am wondering if that is a good route to go since it was a one time thing?

Re: Deferred Judification

Pay the fine. The offense goes on your permanent driving record. It does not matter that the county is somewhere else or you think you won't be going back there again. Your record is with DMV and is state-wide.
