State Trooper Out of Uniform
i was arrested by a state trooper fr dui. i was told that if a trooper is out or uniform, or in incomplete uniform, the case can be thrown out, would the trooper not wearing his hat, be considdered incomplete uniform and is it tru that my case can be dropped?

Another Urban Legend. No your case is not going to be dropped, even if the state trooper was naked when he stopped you.
Get a good criminal defense lawyer, and let him work out a defense.
