Audio tape as a Last Will and Testament

Dear Sir or Mam,

I would like to know how and in what instances an audio tape could be admissible as a form of will. I am arguing an old case and am at a loss. The case is: in the matter of the estate of reed. argued in the supreme court of wyoming in 1983. the citation is 672 P.2d 829, 1983. Wyo.

Every state will view the matter of audio and/video taped wills as they see fit.

There is not be a uniform manner of dealing with this on a national level.

Your request for information must accordingly be more state specific.

Audio taped wills are specifically prohibited by statute. It may be admisible as collateral evidence or extrinsic evidence, but the tape, alone, will not be considered as a will in Wyoming
