Executor w/o a Will
Where can I find inforamtion on how to become an Executor of Estate with no Will in place and the person has already past?

It's best to hire an attorney (attorney's fees for probate are paid at the end of administration, so you only have to come up with filing fees upfront, which you have to pay even if you don't have an attorney.)
But if you want to try to to it yourself, consult a good book for the layperson like those put out by Nolo Press.
