Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wyoming

We need to revoke a power of attorney, but we cannot remember the date it was si

My parents have a durable power of attorney on me that I would like to revoke, and give someone else the power of attorney over me. The problem is that I am not talking to them at this time, and I do not know the date which I signed it. They never gave me a copy or this would be alot easier.

Is there a power of attorney revocation that does not require the date when the power of attorney was signed?

Please help,
