Wyoming Probate Law

If a man in Wyoming dies with a will that by its own terms has become Null and Void, how is the disposition of his property handled? He has one son, his father, and a brother.

A person who dies without a will, or with an invalid will, is said to have died "intestate," and his property will be distributed by the "intestacy" laws of the state where he died (for personal property) or by the state where the property is located (real property).
