Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir My name is Salabh Chauhan and i established my own business in haryana (bhiwani) 5 year ago . we are originally from UP . and now have bought a home at bhiwani and sold out our "UP" home .

My query is by this way is our domicile of UP would be Hampered ?? . as we are using all our old document of UP Address.and can i my children use Document of Up address As they have done all of their from Up. please clear my confusion otherwise i have to buy a house or plot in up .

Dear Salabh,

Since you have already sold your house in UP and if you do not have any residence of your own in UP, there is no way that your children can use a UP address since you no longer have any address of your own in UP. You will certainly need to have your own residence in UP to be a domicile there.
