Hello sir.i want small information..my relative had taken money from a money lender 4 years back by signing an empty paper which didn't have any legal stamp paper and after four he came to my relatives house and asked his wife to sign the bond regarding this money as a house was there on her name and she signed that bond without any time limit.there is no legal stamp on the bond signed by his wife and now he filed a case againt them in court and demanding them to repay money suddenly..is his case is valid or void?

Dear Sir / Madam.

Your relative should reply to an notice received by him for a Court hearing. But your relative remains liable to repay the money borrowed from the moneylender. The Court will decide whether the case is valid or void.
